The way PTP only had about 30 or so posts, took a 5 year break, then blew up MDS after (re?)-becoming an IP in the past two weeks is a little offputting. They seemed to interact a little bit back in 2018-19, but now they seem to just be pushing their videos and their services...hard.

Red1917 will probably reply with an exact target count (i.e. no misses). It usually is not as much as a regular 3 gun match (this old ammo ain't cheap!) I generally like to bring double that, as a safety cushion. If you are a good shot, 50% extra may get you by, but I think it is better to...
Since we bought the house (and, to some extent, started running the Delta Steel event), our shooting time has mostly dried up :(. It has been many months since I've shot anything at AGC :sad20: This event, and the GSTA shoot are a priority that I would gladly shove most other "important"...

If I remember correctly, the laying down (shooting through the barrel) part was a bonus on that stage, and therefore optional. If a shooter runs too slow, they may hit that par time and be stopped before getting to the laying down part anyway :rasp:

Par time is a set time limit (probably 2 min) after the timer starts when it beeps again, and you are done (and un-engaged or un-neutralized targets count against you). It keeps the match moving and makes sure somebody doesn't sit there all day blazing away, missing targets. It is a necessary...
