The deposition where the plaintiff said that they decided before filing the suit to go after the gun dealer and not the boyfriend because the boyfriend was bankrupt should have been a clue.
The plaintiff is the estate of the deceased and it has exactly $0.00 in assets. This is why the PLCAA needs to hold both the plaintiff and the plaintiff's attorney liable.
