I suspect no different than a regular auto knife in MD. You'd need a carry permit, which allows for "dangerous weapons" and includes the nefarious switchblades, sand clubs etc.
While the unlicensed can carry auto knives, they can't be concealed, so you'd need a pocket clip. But I don't know how...
