It really depends on the level of “help”

I routinely give advice on how to enter and upload specific things, but I never enter any information for any applicant. I agree entering information by anyone other than the applicant is probably considered fraud.

This is my approach. I explain and guide but the individual, IMO, legally needs to submit their own app.
