.410 shells are 3x the price of 20/12ga shells. A new pump Mossy or Remmy will cost less then a used 1100 in 410.

    Pumps work fine.

    Good luck!

12yo daughter took out this chicken thief.
    With a .410 Mossy pump.

OP - you are actually relatively close to me. I have a Beretta 391 youth model in 20 gauge, a Beretta 391 Teknys in 20 gauge, and a Beretta 400 in 28 gauge. Nothing in .410 and I doubt I will ever purchase a gun in .410 unless I really get involved in shooting skeet and I don't see that happening either.

If you would like to meet up some time at CCGC over by 97 and 26, your daughter can try shooting any of the three.

Sadly, I don't have a .410 semi recommendation for you.
