I divide Delaware into 4 economic regions.
1. North - many bank offices and petrochemicals (Dupont and its contractors)
2. Dover - gov and Air Force base (small but there are many retirees staying in the area)
3. Coast - tourism and hospitalities (along the coast to MD's border)

Delaware is a funny state. Its economy created very little jobs for residents. I am not even sure how most people in Delaware earn a living. Do we have a Delaware historian?

I believed I have visited all DuPont's families' public places (museums, gardens, and so on).
The DuPonts families have contributed much to America. You can look at their family history. The Clinton, Obama, and Biden are like flies on horse dungs!
Interesting but may I say just about anyone from war-torn countries have some degree of experience about how bad a situation can get.
Also most people can't survive on their own. Banding together is always the best option.
