DECISION 2024 - PRIMARY ELECTION COMMENTARY AND ENDORSEMENTS

Ok. So far, I've only received a mail-in ballot request form. I'm "Unaffiliated" so I won't be voting in the primaries.

DECISION 2024 - PRIMARY ELECTION COMMENTARY AND ENDORSEMENTS

I am willing to vote early. I asked how to do this in another thread but didn't really get an answer. I don't want to "mail in" but I'll vote early. Do I just go to a polling place early, or use a drop-box?

MSP advisory on high capacity magazines

Maryland is a small state surrounded by more free states. There are lots of reasons to visit them. Skiiing, camping, tourism such as Gettysburg and of course, shopping.

      ATF redefining who's a dealer

      ATF redefining who's a dealer

I'm still unclear on this. If I take a firearm to a local FFL to perform a transfer, and I make a profit, am I in trouble? What are the thresholds? Number of firearms? Type of firearms? Amount of profit made? Over what period?

To build or not to build?

LOL...well, there is a part of the process that we won't be able to replicate.

To build or not to build?

 The more I look back on it, the more I really enjoyed my first build. I'm itching to do another.

      Silver and Gold stash

What I'm reading about silver is that its value is expected to sharply increase due to demand in jewelry, photo-voltaics and EV batteries. Although silver production is expected to increase, demand is still predicted to outpace it. This increase seems dependent on a functioning world economy...

      Going rate for Glock 17

That's certainly worth considering. I'm fully convinced that used Glocks and LE trade-ins are usually a safe buy. I have been educated.

      Silver and Gold stash

There are a lot of discussions about how the price of silver has been artificially depressed for several years. Some collectors are expecting a significant pop. Silver is showing signs of activity lately but it's early yet. I don't really follow this logic. If we really are headed for a...

      New to gun ownership

Maryland's gun laws are labyrinthine. You're in good company there.

      Going rate for Glock 17

I knew that Glocks were usually robust and reliable, generally. You guys are really singing the praises so I won't worry about "wear and tear" overly much. I have taken one down on my bench before. I'm certain I can replace these springs and parts with no problem.

      Going rate for Glock 17

      Good to know.

      Going rate for Glock 17

I'd never heard of the Blue Label program so I'll check that out. No, it's not the cosmetics that I'm worried about, I just don't want a handgun that's clapped out and won't be reliable.

      Going rate for Glock 17

"Trade-in" meaning used? I've seen LE shotgun trade-ins. They usually look pretty rough and used hard. What might be the risks with a LE handgun trade-in?
