I doubt it. The MD law goes against an existing federal law that says you can’t sue gun manufacturers. Of course that won’t stop them from being sued but it should get it tossed sooner.

That’s how it all started lol.
They had this matched stripped upper and lower in the case. I bought the BCM handguard and asked them to have it painted to match by the guy who painted the upper/lower.

These aren’t even in the statute, MSP simply made it up. This whole thing is really a non issue. Nobody is going to go around to ranges and check. Besides, there are plenty of heavy barrels available
