      Handguns inherited from parent out of state, how to make legal?

      My dad passed away 2 years ago. My mom gave me two handguns that belonged to my father, both are legal in MD, however my father did not explicitly will these to me ( or anyone ). How would I legally register these? Do I need some notarized paperwork from my mom?

      Ballester Molina

      Does anyone have any experience with the Argentine Ballester Molina? From what I have read it is a 1911 clone from the 30s-40s. What is the collectability of this gun? I found out about it on Sarco's website but they don't sell to us Marylanders so I'm looking on gunbroker.

      Dicks sporting goods good place to buy?

      I am looking at buying a cheap shotgun for occasional trap shooting and home defense. I was looking at the mossberg maverick 88 or mossberg 500. Is dicks sporting goods a good store to buy from? I know walmart sells the maverick for $200 but Id rather not buy from them.

      AR-15 Lower wait period after 30 days?

      So i bought an ar-15 lower and waited 40 days to try and pick it up. Now the store says they have to resubmit my app. They said it should be back in 3-4 days. Is that true? Someone else told me I would have to wait another 7 days.
