Looks like an HK platform. G36 variant? Looks too big to be an MP5, but has some of those characteristics.

It's an h&k. G3 based, gotta look up the model though

The rail confused me, don’t recall seeing a HK with a rail.

PTR91/g3k/hk51. Definitely a 308 due to the lack of magazine curvature.
