I am definitely not aware of this, i am a resident and a long time permit holder. I have carried everywhere within AA County .

now when SB1 kicks in than that is a different story.

I remember printing out that permission slip so that we could shoot on my neighbors land.

Never realized it addressed possession too.

Perhaps it was written while Md was still may issue. Then, the only place you possibly could carry was private property.

I'm curious if anyone has explored this further for AACo. As mentioned this seems to indicate private property, i.e., someone's private home or the property they own. It's not clear for general concealed carry or entering a business.

Looks like a crime, no mention of permit holders, that section has no mention of hunting and the "shooting" part has different distance from buildings than the actual hunting distances. I've always added possession to my hunting permission slips. safe is safe

Would be nice to hear from an attorney,

I need to do some business in AACo over the next two weeks and used the MSI website to review local laws. Am I interpreting this right? You pretty much CAN'T carry anywhere without express permission? https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/annearundel/latest/annearundelco_md/0-0-0-107401 . I'm looking under "Prohibition"...
Prohibition. A person may not discharge a firearm within 100 yards of a structure or camp occupied by human beings or commonly used by human beings without the written permission of the owner, occupant, or lessee of the structure or camp.

    (e) has never been enforced, to my knowledge. It would have been a losing charge in Criminal court, because State preemption would prevail. (See the MoCo injunction)
