One effect of this (just as an example) will be that shops (Bass Pro comes to mind) can now start carrying a better variety of handguns. BPS hasn't sold Remington handguns here, because Rem won't do the shell casing at the factory.

We should look into the total cost of this, who voted for it the first time and then voted to do away with it now. Nice that they admitted that they were wrong but they have violated people's rights, cost gun owners a lot of $$, and wasted a LOT of resources and tax payer's money on this moronic scheme which did nothing except shaft us.

Need to call them out on it come election time for funding a total waste of money based solely on their lib agenda and hatred of the 2A.

Thinking back to when it all started, was the shell casing provision added as part of Y2000 SB211? Been fighting to repeal this Glendenning nonsense for 15 long years.

Wow, I'm actually pretty shocked that this finally passed, and overwhelmingly. This is good news for our side, even if some consider it a small victory.

I used to hate shopping for guns only to find out they did not provide casing. Then I had to pay extra to get a dealer to fire a round and send it in. What a royal waste of time and money. Glad it's gone
