Superreverb that is one awesome Springfield M1922M2:thumbsup:
I would love to have one like that :D
Thanks for sharing the pics !

You're quite welcome!! I brought it to the Fall Shoot and plinked at some of the paint cans on the 50-yd berm with it. She's a joy to shoot, especially with CCI Green tag. :D

I want to see a pimped out buckmark carbine, I have been wanting one sooo bad but I have to wait until my kitchen is finished. Someone post an integral suppressed buckmark carbine with some nice glass on it and if nobody has one then somebody build it and get pictures up asap :)

Just got my S&W M&P 15-22 all tricked out. Still waiting on a MI QD sling swivel point for the front and a Vickers Blue force 2pt sling. Other than that she is done.

    Good looking rig gunrunner.
Give us a range report when you are able.
An M&P15-22 is on my 'gotta have' list.

    +1 ditto.

This gun looks like fun to shoot. Love the optic.

Does a Bi-pod pop out of that front handle?

It is fun to shoot. Especially with the eotech on there. I never got to use my Eo much with the cost of 223. So i figured i would build up a 22 AR to match my "big brother" 5.56 version.(Never though i would refer to the 5.56 as a big brother to anything, but if the shoe fits.) Then the smith got announced and i just waited. Saved up the parts from different gun shows and failed builds.

Honestly, i have to go open the safe like every hour to have fondle time. I'll let you know how she shoots. Unfortunately i got it on a windy day here this week. So i shot her,100rnds CCI mini-mags, but only for function. The wind was bad.

No, its not a gripod. Just a promag standard broomstick VFG. But thanks for asking. I like the concept of the grip pod but i hate how it looks on the weapon. Maybe its just me...

I love the EO as well, gunrunner. Are you going to threaded the barrel or upgrade the trigger?

I really like the green color of the grip and stock. I wish I could have get that color.

I picked this up at Dick's Sporting Goods on Black Friday. Henry Golden Boy .22 S/L/LR. $399 less $30 off plus a free $20 gift card. Best part is I paid for a chunk of it with spare change. I rolled up $247 in coins, took them to the bank got some cash and went looking for a .22 rifle. I was gonna get the Marlin 795 for $99 but changed my mind after handling the Henry. Seems well built, looks great. I'm planning on taking it out this week for some fun.

Boy, she sure looks nice gunrunner, great job!!

Thanks man! I appreciate that. Being a tactical 22 guy yourself, your opinion is highly regarded.

The grip is houge olive drab and the stock is Magpuls OD Green. I was thinking about some ladder covers in OD. Does larue make those ladder cover clips in OD?
As far as the barrel. I could have Tim at Hafers thread it for me, but i'm not too sure yet. I feel a target crown would be more accurate. You know how the carbon builds off the crown behind a flash hider and fills it in? That cannot be good for accuracy. Especially after about 200-300 rnds of .22Lr. I think i'll just shoot her for a while and see what happens. I'm relatively sure that someone will start to make barrels for it prethreaded, fluted, comped and otherwise.
The trigger, Tim will be doing another trigger job for me. He can get her down to about 3-4lbs with stock parts and all but eliminate the creep for like $65. No brainer. He did my Del-ton and it is sweet. Everyone i let pull it says," Wow, what kind of trigger do you have in this gun!" They are very surprised to find that it is a stock battle trigger.

    Call Me "Old School...."

Remington Model 12 in .22 WRF / .22 Rem. Special

One of the Old Man's prized rifles. This EX++ example was born in May, 1928. Octagon barrel, cresent steel butt-plate, and Lyman tang sight. Ammo can be a bitch to find, but the Old Man stocked up years ago when Winchester did a special run.

When I hold her, I feel like Finn Aagaard...

    1950 Brno Model One

I bought this little beauty years ago from a gentleman who was walking around trying to sell her at the Frederick gun show. $325 including the Brno scope rings. The Brno Model Ones were prized by African game hunters for their durability, accuracy, and symmetry. They always put smaller game in the pot. This is possibly my favorite rimfire in my collection. The folding 3-leaf rear sight is graduated to 100-yds. Yes - she is accurate at that distance. She is the "Little Sister" to my Brno ZKW-465 ZB-Hornet, but much, much cheaper to shoot.....
