More like the cuffs should be on the individual (s) that directed the officer to act.
um, no. the officers don't get a free pass.
More like the cuffs should be on the individual (s) that directed the officer to act.
That's crazy. Hope you guys are ok.
Time to flush this turd to NRA and every national news outlet and 2A friendly blogger and website you know.
Tyranny by any other name is still just small minded, high handed folks doing anything and everything they can to control others whose opinions and values they don't like...unconstitutionally.
Politics. The acquisition of and application of power.
They were arrested because they were inconvenient and annoying...and white, middle aged, law abiding taxpayers. Simple.

I know PP made it to NRA Tv once before so this is a great idea. Also pretty sure someone like Dan Bongino would run with this.

As soon as someone sets up the GoFundMe page I'll donate to the cause! It's a sad day when the 1st amendment is under attack but it clearly is! We need to wake up! I can't even comment on Facebook anymore without everything being marked as spam. This is how the left silences us!
We both have cuff burn.
The rookie officer who cuffed me up put “hinge cuffs” on me, which aren’t designed to be used when a detainee’s arms are behind his back.
Hinge cuffs are only supposed to be used when your hands are in front.
Those cuffs don’t roll the way standard “chain link” handcuffs do, so I was in pain for 2 hours until they locked me to the steel bench at the Anne Arundel PD.
With my right hand free and the arresting officers poring over the charging book, a snapped a pic of my left hand locked to the booking bar.
In my opinion, someone who takes an oath to uphold the Constitution, has a DUTY to REFUSE unconstitutional orders. Those brown shirts would probably collect your firearms, too, if that order were to come from their master. They need new professions.
I've heard it here before. We need 2000 members to show up on the sidewalk. The Maryland liberty tree was less than 300yd from this spot. The news will cover that![...]
As Delegates and Senators began to proceed to the Statehouse for the evening session, they were surprised to hear of the arrests. Chairman Vallario indicated his intention to speak to someone regarding this rather high-handed and un-Constitutional action; others voiced their surprise and dismay. At least one of the delegates so informed stated that he was glad of the arrests, and disappointed that the rest of us were not also arrested for our effrontery.[...]
I am so sorry. This is unacceptable. What were the (concocted) charges?

I said to myself these cuffs hurt BIG TIME, so I must be a whiny bitch! What a relief to see the reason. (I’m not a whiny bitch after all, I guess, LOL. A temporary MCP tattoo, no charge!)
As for charges , creating “a demonstration”, trespassing and “failure to obey a lawful order”.
