    There is no possible justification for arbitrarily denying someone their civil rights based on this absurd unconstitutional question.

    That's the thing of it . It's a Protected Class that you can't discriminate on the basis of Source of Income .

    Now that Conducting Business , and Assumed Risk are moot points . there isn't anything they could actually do with knowing your precise occupation .
