      If you legally have an SBR in MD, can you regularly take it to a range in WV?

      Download the 5320.20 and put it in for a year at a time. Only costs you a stamp and they (ATF) were turning them in about 2 weeks.

On the MM prices they are about $10-12K IIRC depending on the configuration so its considerably cheaper than getting an HK21 for @$40K if you already...

      It stinks but best thing to do is forget about it and it will go faster. Shouldn't take this long in this day and age but it is what it is. Maybe you'll get lucky and get an early Christmas present.

      All pending means is your packet has been assigned to an examiner for review and approval. The 9 months is their "cover your ass" standard line to keep people form getting mad. Generally it's running about 6 months to the day although my latest aquisition was about 5 months.

      It can be done and there are some good threads on the Silencertalk forums about it however they all seem to say its not worth it, it's still loud as hell, and there are reliability issues and possible frame cracks associated with it.

      If I was going to get another .22 can then I agree with the above posts. AAC Element or Silencer CO Sparrow SS. great cans and user serviceable.

      I have had for a while and love it. I run it on my REPR (7.62), an 8" Noveske in .300 Blackout, and most recently a Rem 700 AAC .300 Blackout. Runs great but I wouldn't push .22 through it. Nver had any lock up issues.

      I just bought the same rifle from Mark a few weeks ago. I've shot it with 220gr subsonics out of my AAC can and it's definitely hearing safe. Right now I've got a Nightforce 1x4 on it and your right it's a tack driver. Congrats on the new blaster.
