      In my pellet gun experience, I found that BB's break glass and pellets would just be smashed against it.

      10/22 Target or Sig 522 for bday present ( to myself)

      I just shot my 522 this morning and had a lot of people trying to figure out what the heck I was shooting. Plus, my $10 of ammo went a lot farther than the 556!
