      Down here in NC and SC they will provide transportation to and from DMV and give you an ID for free. Yet people still complain.

      They must have change their policy but for all the years I went there they were firm on not renting unless there were two people (unless they really know you, my friend works there so no problem for me). If this was a case of rental suicide I will bet that policy will be back in action.

      Gilbert's will not allow you to rent a firearm if you are by yourself for that very reason (rental gun suicide). I wouldn't be surprised if it was one of the many security guards that train and qualify at that range cause I have seen many shots to the ceiling, walls, and target holders by them...
