      What have MD CCW wait times been?

      State police received my application just before Christmas and yesterday I had my interview. The Sgt. doing my interview said it takes roughly 3 months from when they receive your application. I'm looking at a decision toward the end of March.

      FFL transfering banned firearm to personal collection?

      Thanks for the answers. Now in current day can a ffl purchase a banned long gun from their distributor and then claim as personal collection? Or would he need to designate it as inventory and then use it as "his"?

      I've searched the internet and the forum but haven't found an answer. Now that certain long guns are banned in the state of MD, can a ffl transfer a banned rifle that is in inventory to his personal collection?

      now that we have a 10 round magazine limit, are we allowed to buy a gun (that is not banned) that does not have a lower capacity magazine? can we buy the gun without a magazine(s)?
