      it's a trap

Actually it is called a "solvent trap" and in it's "sold as" state, perfectly legal. I don't know if the picture shows the before or after. From what I understand, you pour "solvent" into your barrel, and it catches it so it doesn't spill out and make a mess. I think the problem...

      1917 - Who's going?

I felt it was a good story, good acting by the two main characters, with an unusual presentation. No PC crap, good plot twist, and authentic as you can do based on a war that occurred over 100 years ago. I enjoyed it at the theater, agree on a smaller home TV probably not as epic.

      308 primer seating issues

This is what I use for my crimped 5.56 brass. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1012920663 It's mounted on the press and is very economical. If you are running a Lee press, I can show you a trick to release the cases on the downstroke. Otherwise it doesn't come off efficiently and...

My 9mm Magpul PMAGS are GARBAGE

I have had some issues with the Magpul 27 round mags. My Ruger PCC won't eat them without malfunction, but strangely enough, only in the hot summer. Ran them all winter long with no issues. My factory Glock 33 round mag can be hit or miss in the Ruger PCC as well. I have a pending order with...

      CB Radio

Tell me about it... When I was a teen, I looked at those kits and said "no way". Now that I can do basic soldering, I could put one together no sweat. If I can fix a pinball machine I can certainly have put together a CB radio.....

      22 mag rifle recommendations

You don't really have a lot of .22 mag options in rifles. Apparently there are issues with the blowback timing as it pertains to the length of the cartridge. (I believe, if not someone correct me....) Ruger made a 10/22 in magnum. They are like unicorns however......

BCPS Superintendent Cancels All Senior Proms

We may look at that.... If kids have to do remote learning it will be across the board. They wont have one campus on and one campus off... So EVERYONE will be doing the same thing. Which is encouraging. Save 1 semester of room and board, that goes a long way to helping make up the deficit...

BCPS Superintendent Cancels All Senior Proms

I am sure it is. CCBC would offer nothing to my daughter unfortunately.

BCPS Superintendent Cancels All Senior Proms

All of the financial aid was released from Purdue already. We have two incomes so we got nothing. This despite working her ass off, and putting aside normal HS social and fun stuff. It is the only school she visited where she felt excited. It will be a CF. Maybe we just need to...

Mag loader for Mini-30 Ruger mags?

Agree with Danb, that item should work just fine. Here is a Sootch 00 review. Imma gonna buy one for my Mini 14 in 223.

BCPS Superintendent Cancels All Senior Proms

Well, prom and graduation I can deal with... Right now, despite saving TONS of money in a "targeted" 2020 date 529 plans, we are seeing significant drops. My daughter so wants to go to Purdue and become an engineer. She worked her ass off, putting off social stuff, boys, and general...

New to the lifestyle From PG County

Palmetto State Armory is shipping sooner, but most of their stock shows out of stock, including their heavy. Gun Broker is another option. But most vendors have already jacked their prices. Give it a shot.

Well, I only pay with USPS money orders. So my results vary. ;) Their website says 3 weeks.

New to the lifestyle From PG County

Welcome from Sykesville!!!! You have a lot of options. $300 is more on the budget side but that doesn't mean a good rifle!!!! You may have to spend a bit more during the panic, unless you find a smoking deal. I personally am partial to Del-Ton. I have two of their uppers and have...
