      If you're really worried about that language here's a simple trick. If you plan on purchasing an auto sear in the future, make sure to buy it married to a host gun, and get the ATF to change the language on the Form 4 from "Machinegun Auto Sear" to just "Machinegun." I've seen this done before...

      There was an official advisory from MSP about the matter. When it comes to the PS Article they're treating SBR's as handguns, therefore they cannot be cross referenced with the list of assault long guns. Put an HBAR on there if you like, but it's not necessary.

      Now that 41F is the law......

      You only have to accompany your trust document once every two years, but only after you get your first stamp back with the new rules in place. It's kind of a "whatever" clause. The NFA branch was probably running out of storage space with all the trust documentation :)
