      HQL Assistance

      I am an Honorably Discharged veteran. I applied for an HQL under the training exempt option. I uploaded my DD214 however the site is asking for a training exempt certificate. If I apply under the "standard" option the system asks for the name of an instructor and a certificate number. Can anyone...
