I understand that if you have a VA Resident buy a handgun and sell it to a MD resident on-the-spot it is a straw purchase. It might be better to have the VA Resident sign the receipt over to you as a gift. Just thinking out loud.
Nice post & article. I'm planning on a Utah out-of-state, but I'm not kidding myself: I doubt it carries much weight, especially in the People's Republic of MD.
