I would say comparing a 10/22 to a CZ457 is like comparing a Chevy (or maybe a Jeep) to a Porsche. Not in the same league.

Yeah - pinned. Either pinning the existing gas block that already has the set screws in place or getting a gas block designed to be pinned.
