      Indoor Archery Ranges?

Yes, MacroTech in Glen Burnie (http://www.macrotecharchery.com/), and if you haven't been warned, Len (the owner) comes off a certain way. Don't take it personally, I think he's a good guy, and very knowledgeable.

Thinking of ditching sabots to go back to full bore bullets

I've also noticed this issue with my Hornady Sabots out of my rifled shotgun. My 'first' doe of the season was an easy 50 yard shot from a tree stand that I took my time on. It looked like a solid hit before it spun around and took off. I didn't hear a crash. When I got down from the stand...

      Newbie Powder Question

Thanks again for the info. What's an example of something that's not inline? I'm looking at a CVA rifle, and I'll be using exclusively for hunting - which means I'll likely not be cleaning after each shot.

      Newbie Powder Question

I'm looking at a CVA for next venison season, and my newbie question is - what are people doing for powder? Ordering online, or going local? Using pellets or loose? Thanks

Nice. I'm looking to get me a CVA for next season. Stupid beginner question - can Muzzleloaders be shipped to my door in MD? Thanks

      Killer Instinct crossbows?

Save your $ I agree - you don't need that much $ for a crossbow to take deer.

      Maryland Arrowheads

Wow. Very nice. Makes me feel bad these guys were rocking these home-made heads, and I'm struggling to hit the broadside of a barn with modern heads!

      Whisker Biscuit pros and cons

It really depends on how you shoot. As long as you shoot well with it, there's no problem. But to answer your question, IMO - On of the pros are: affordability. It's one of the more affordable arrow rest options. One of the cons are: they wear out, and will have to be replaced. Also, they...

      It starts today.

Naw, it was a little too early and too warm. Saw plenty of little ones, but I'll wait until they get a little bigger. Real nice morning out tho.

Trip from MD to the CMP store in Ohio

That's up to you. I've been there before, but call to find out when they are open for walk in customers. I think they're closed on Tues. or Thurs. Go because you want to see the rifles, showroom etc.
