      Don't forget Cabela's charges 6% tax now too. You can also go through active junky and get 7-14% cash back (PayPal). The percentage varies over time, 2 days ago it was 10%. Just checked and Cabela's isn't charging tax on the gift cards. They will on other online purchases.
