i have the wrench for the NSS barrel nut and i have a action vice or clamp that fits Remington 700 if you decide to go that route i also have a boyds stock here in the classifieds i mite make a deal on. -

Dont forget scope mounts,scope,trigger upgrade,bottom metal,yes criterion barrels are about $400.00 . the nut ,recoil lug,tools are all extra.if a smith puts it together for you there is a little more money.Adds up quicker than you think. -

just did that same build,northland shoooters supply, james is rely good guy,20" criterion .223 sammi spec,muzzle threaded,heavy varmint,remage nut,.244 recoil lug,barrel nut wrench,shipping,$499.00 you will need a coulple of tools to install. i could not be happier ,
