      Correct, it is a dedicated 9mm lower. So now what do i do? I need to find an FFL that understands these things.

      That is correct. He says it is a Copy Cat of an AR. I tried to explain to him that it is not based on my understanding of the law. I don't see it listed on the banned list and it will not work with any other parts of any of the guns on the banned list so I don't know what he is talking about.
