SW Victory 22 - Always Jambs

It Works After making the adjustment shortly after buying my Victory, over 3000 rounds have gone through it without a single jam—or any other issue for that matter. The pistol is a breeze to take down for cleaning when times comes. In between times I use a bore snake for quick cleaning.

      Andy Harris Town Halls

Went to Caroline County Town Hall Rep. Harris held a Town Hall on Oct. 13th in Greensboro. Sparsely attended, maybe 20 folks. 75% were loud and aggressive, complaining about everything from Iraq pullout to abortion freedoms and gun laws. 25% more supportive of Rep. Harris asking about health...

      Acceptable start time-Backyard range

Agreed. It's highly dependent on the neighborhood. If it's quiet, more restrictive times should be considered. If it's busy, noisy, then a more lenient time interval is appropriate. I live in a very quiet neighborhood. :)

      Acceptable start time-Backyard range

Want to keep neighbors happy here. Don't shoot before 10:30am nor after 4:00pm on weekdays. No shooting on weekends. Immediate neighbors have said it's OK for me to shoot, but don't want anyone complaining.

      Pellet accuracy testing

You can get the legacy ChairGun apps for Mac, iPhone, Windows PC, and Android at: https://uk.hawkeoptics.com/chairgun-and-x-act-end-of-life.html I've used them for a number of years for multiple calibers.

      Pellet accuracy testing

I used ChairGun for the iPhone by Kawke. You can still get it from them (free) but they no longer support it.

      Pellet accuracy testing

Here are some graphs you might find useful. They are for a 7.6 grain, .177 caliber pellet. Shows 20 yds may be better than 30 yds?

      Hello from eastern shores

Oh, that. I was really happy to be able to fire more than one shot. To me it was a privilege to be able to fire 50 or so shots at Dan's range. Why would you want to fire only one shot? The HQL application page states that the course include: "Orientation component that demonstrates the...

      Hello from eastern shores

Mark, you must me referring to some other Dan than Dan Nelson. I took my HQL training at Caroline Shooting Academy and there were no requirements other than the standard HQL requirements. If I'm wrong, I'd like to hear more details to your complaint.

      Hello from eastern shores

Welcome aboard, fotografiti! Must be a neighbor. I'm in the Denton area. You asked about HQL classes. I got mine from Caroline Shooting Academy. Dan is an excellent instructor and he has a great on-site range to go with it. His facebook page might be worth a look...
