From my knowledge, the lowers are the same so they technically fit on the same registered part of the gun. Both Rifles are still part of the MCX line but a rattler upper receiver isnt meant to fit a virtus handguard and vice versa
The MD roster says that the MCX in 300blk is legal but doesn't mention the rattler specifically. Are FFL's just saying its an MCX with 5.5 inch barrel in order to sell it?
Im not sure how specific the MD roster has to be as far as different variants of already legal pistols
Thanks
Hopefully they release them to the US soon. It looks like they are designing a slimline light with surefire too so it fits the frame better. Cant wait for that
Hey all, I've been looking at getting a glock 43x for a while now and it looks like glock just released a new model that seems improved in a couple ways. It doesnt seem Glock has imported them to the US yet. https://eu.glock.com/en/products/pistols/g43x-rail
Anyway, my question is do you...
yeah i hear you on that. im definitely not planning on permanently modifying it even if i could SBR it. ill probably brace it. but would be cool to be able to put the mp5k grip on it :envy: oh well i suppose
My father purchased an sp89 back before they were banned and has been keeping it in his safe pretty much since that time.
Since it would be grandfathered and is pre-ban, is there a chance the 29" OAL wouldn't apply to this if i decided to SBR it? thanks
Does a low profile gas block impede the ability to install mlok accessories at the 6-o-clock position on these rails?
Ive noticed ever since these slim m-lok rails have hit the market there is never enough room under the gas block to install anything. pros and cons i guess.
i have the...
i got a HL on my pistol and it throws enough light in every direction to be awesome in my house. its good for using with pistol irons so it cant wash out a red dot or anything like that
yeah the same factory makes the uppers and lowers for NFA as well as Joe Bob but i like it alot, i had a couple problems using it with that old 33 round mag because the springs were worn out but other than that its pretty fail proof
if i had a do over of the whole project i would have went...
i built my own and got my upper and lower from joe bob outfitters and havent had a problem with it yet. last round bolt hold open upper is kind pricey but works fine if your mag springs are fine
i was also looking at FoxTrotMike lowers cause those have pretty good specs and they just released...
i dont think thats a bad price honestly but you get what you pay for. in the end it matters what the purpose of your build is.
if you need it to be reliable during the time when you need it most its better to put your trust in high quality parts but that could work just fine
im not really...
