      The case won't. It's the make up of the bullet found in many steel cases the bi metal bullet make up can, not saying it will. Most damage to steel Target is via rifle ammuniton being bi metal. Lead mushroom and framents. Bimetal does not always do that Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

      A lower does not become a rifle or pistol until the upper is attached. Make sure your FFL transfer it as a receiver/other and you're good to go either direction Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
