Don't live nearby, but did a transfer here with a fellow MDS'r and the guys at Tyler are some of the best I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Not just my transfer, but because I had a delay on my 77R (high-level clearance, happens every time), I had a chance to come in twice and watch how...
I found this article from December 2, '23 saying that MSP is reporting a total now of 292,805 active permits "AS OF DEC 2020" ??
I think that MUST be a misprint and they meant "2023" ? If that's the case, the numbers from the Jan 23 slide have nearly tripled...
My dad had an old military-issue one that I hunted with a few times in my teenage years. It was so worn and used that every so often it would burp out 2 or 3 rounds with one pull of the trigger!
I recently picked up a 365X. Very nice shooter and ultra-comfy to carry. Has a slightly longer grip than the standard 365, but same short barrel and the weight is perfect for a smaller-framed guy like me to lug around all day. MUCH more comfortable to carry than my 1911 or my G19
I try to keep 4 loaded mags for each of my hand guns. I keep 5 or 6 loaded up for my AR, and I keep a couple of 33 round Glock mags that I can use either in my G19 or my Ruger PC9 take down carbine.
Former trapper here as well, and I agree, but there are those who don't live up to the standards that we're supposed to. My apologies that my assumption offended you, but not a lot of other reasons that a Coyote would be running around with a healed front paw amputation. You know good and well...
God forbid we use a thin little plastic bag to take home that package of (fill in the blank here...meat? toy? toilet paper? paper towels? cheese? you name it) that is wrapped in cellophane, sitting on plastic liner and housed in styrofoam.
Or heaven forbid I get a plastic straw at a drive...
Good Move. From my research, what they have learned by the time they're 15 months old, is about the level they hover around for the rest of their lives. you CAN train older dogs, but it is far more difficult and time-consuming and with a lower rate of success.
I had my rescue best friend...
