The "G" version (or conversion, in my case) makes that safety a de-cocker only.
But your main point about the physical mechanics to operate the safety are accurate, and why I have a P365 now. However, my spouse really likes that P365, and once her W&C permit arrives, that may be her preferred...
All legit points.
I've owned this since before the O'Malley and Frosh anti gun package about 10 years ago. I wanted to support the folks employed down in Accokeek, and was (mildly) hopeful that Woollard would break our way.
While I'm figuring out which striker pistol for the long run, I'm...
I just installed the conversion on my subcompact to make the safety a decocker "G" model only. The part from Beretta has a lower profile than the original safety/decocker, and the swap took about 15 minutes. (Part of that was searching for the mini ball bearing that shot out of the OEM...

I think they batched the mail from everything last week (Tuesday 8/2 and after), since there was a lag after the batch that went out on Monday 8/1.
perusing the thread, it looks like the folks that got approved Monday 8/1 got cards mailed and received late that week (Friday?).
Those approved 8/2 or after are still waiting for a card in the mail.
I wonder, did MSP produce so many cards already that the lamination machine broke sometime...
I was approved 8/2, also, still no Card, and nothing showing on USPS informed delivery as of this post.
I wonder what's going on with sending cards? Did they run out of card-stock?
