      I've had something similar happen to me in the past and in my instance, I believe the slide was not all the way forward (or in battery). I suspect it was caused by me not properly resizing a brass cartridge on the Dillon (short stroke) and the slide of the pistol not fully closing when it went...

      Opinion: RMR vs SRO

      Personally, I prefer the SRO except when you start saying carry. For a range toy, the decision in my opinion comes down to window and there's no comparison. Both are more than strong enough.

      The first time you shoot 500+ yards, it's quite addicting. Peacemaker has some pretty good classes on Long Range shooting and effectively getting first hits on target. Their Frontier range is just awesome. With a 175gr .308, shooting 2554fps the bullet goes transonic right under 1000 yards...

      Agree with ya fellas. Reloading is expensive especially when you add up all the gear. My best guess is that I have somewhere between $8-10K invested in all my various equipment and it continues to grow. Like trick says - you don't save money, you just shoot more and have more control over...

      Personally I have a love for Sigs and especially the p226. Its an all around great firearm. As Art says, sold design with lots of options. Luckily my wife will never know how many I’ve bought. :innocent0
