I've searched through MD legislation and have yet to find anything stating Military Service Members are not to be considered as "residents" when it comes up...

They retain residency in their home of record for all other purposes: vehicle licensing, taxation, voting, etc. So, add long add they don't purchase property in the State of Maryland...

      I have an Remington 870 Magnum 20ga and CAN'T find a dang 18.5 in barrel that isn't rifled! I am wanting to turn this shotgun into a HD gun, but keep the long barrel as a spare. Any suggestions?
