At least one of the problems with the Benelli was mixing brands of 12ga ammo in the same tube. Shooting all the same brand solved it.
I've also heard the JM Pro's are hit or miss, but I have never seen anyone having trouble with them. Seems like everyone has either the Benelli or the JM for...
I use the Mossberg JM Pro 930, 9 shot model. Runs awesome, I've had 1 double feed in about 1,000 rounds.
I've seen a lot of problems out of the Benelli's in the last few matches I have attended. The Mossberg is half the price.

This is my Competition gun, if it does not help my shooting I could care less about impressing anyone.
This is the gun I use to humble all those shooters with perfect looking show pieces they think they know how to use. The dremeled edge is smooth so it won't cut my finger, looks a little...
Thanks guys. I'm not really concerned about it looking perfectly clean, more worried about function and preventing rust.

I've had an issue with my competition USP for some time...my thumbs would always rest on the slide release preventing the last round from locking the slide back. I've just lopped off a section of my slide release, I could use recommendations on what to use to seal it back to black to prevent...
I use a Blackhawk! Serpa, I wanted to make sure it was multipurpose so I like the single stage retention that it has as well as the adjustable retention and versatile mounting system. I tried the Forbus one first and I found that it was to tight to provide a quick pull (non adjustable). Most...
I also have the 930 JM, it came with several stock mounts that change the drop angle in the stock. Those may help you align the sights easier than new sights.

I ended up getting the last pound of Winchester 231 at the Howard County show this morning, they guy next to me said he hasn't seen it in the last year so it looks like I lucked out. Thanks everyone for the advise on this thread
Yeah, I've been keeping an eye on gunbot for powder deals, but I can't justify spending the hazmat fee. Hoping to find something in stock at the next gun show
So is this powder shortage a result of all the ammo shortages from last year?
For those of you that have powder, do you normally order it online or find it in stores locally?
