Slightly bigger torx bit. Force it into the set screw's opening (hole) and slowly turn lefty loosey. Worked for me in the past.
You can also use a "damaged screw extractor" if you have access to a set that is small enough to work.
It works really well for me. I can't make regular holster work for me because they stab my gut when I sit down.
Drawback is it's harder to draw but with enough practice, it's manageable.
Yes! All Aguila ammo I've tried has that weird smell.
Their .22lr also has that weird, sticky lubricant/liquid coating. No issues or jams that I know of.
BTW, I was getting a lot of lint inside the barrel while pocket-carrying the LCP - nothing too bad, just an FYI.

It looks like it will work well. You can also tweak and "adjust" how much snap you want by gently heating the part of the kydex that holds the front of the trigger guard. Press while hot for more grip and snap or just slide in and out to lessen. I have mine adjusted to where I want it.
