Ok, apparently my question is not an easy one to answer without establishing an attorney-client relationship (at a cost of $150 an hour). So does anyone else know whether or not one can transport suppressors across state lines without submitting a form 20? The form 20 does not list suppressors...- kimokk

300 BLK Suppressed SBR
Have you guys seen this integral 300 blackout upper with suppressor made by Liberty? it saves you from buying one stamp and the suppressor is always attached. You can also send in your own upper and they will integrate the suppressor for you. Any thoughts on this?- kimokk

Detailed NFA Trust Information
I don't know what the rule is in MD but my VA lawyer said that all I need to submit is the initial assignment of property ($1.00 funding the trust) each time I buy an NFA item. You do, however, have to update your schedule A and keep that for your records. Hopefully Rusty will clear this up...- kimokk
