      Committing homicide in Maryland is illegal because it violates Maryland laws. The different degrees are for sentencing purposes. The point I'm trying to make is that our CCW permits are not licenses to kill. If we claim self-defense then we are admitting that we are guilty of violating Maryland...

      I purchased a pistol at the Fort Meade PX. The salesperson did walk me all the way to my vehicle. I thought it was strange but now I know why. I like to park on the fringes so we had a long walk.
