I got mine done at Worth a Shot as part of the HQL course. Prior to that I had to
get fingerprinted to get a hack's license at this place in Empire Towers Glen
Burnie. Of course those did not count and had to get them done again for the HQL.
I would have to say getting that HQL card and arming...
I do apologize for all of us H-Point owners who cannot afford $700 for a semi and we are forced to pay $250
for one that is just as accurate and goes BOOM every time. Add that to the fact as an ignorant Hi-Point owner I believe

I am signed up for a class in Feb. the cost is $179, fifty of that goes to
a finger printing charge. I asked "I was recently fingerprinted when I applied
for a Taxi Cab Hack license, can this count?".....NO you have to have it done
again, silly silly me to have even ASSSST!
I have a Pardner Pump that I got from Dick's Sporting Goods.
Just added a tactical light/laser combo that only cost $40.
It was cheap because the universal adapter is plastic and
horrible and I intend to replace it, but the light and laser work great.

I really like the Ruger Mini but could not go the $900 so I purchased
a .40 S&W HI POINT carbine....now....
