      I would think if a person had an umbrella insurance policy, that would cover the person at your range. Either that, or a firearm policy? I have both cause there are too many stupid Judges willing to give away your money, even when you're not a fault..

      I would add, since you have to get your fingerprints to check out Concealed carry option. You can use those live scans for anything that uses live scans. Tho you do have to do it within a certain time window... That's what I did..applied for my HQL and my CC at the same time@

      you don't need a /SCI to get a permit. Having a clearance helps..don't know why people have to throw in the /SCI..MSP doesn't care about it and frankly, sci isn't the "be all" of things. Not going to debate, just throwing my 2 cents out there.. Oh and GL to the OP on getting theirs...

      hasn't it ever been challenged? I'm surprised this is "on the books" still. No other right is taken away for life and no other right isn't giving back once that person has served their time.

      yes there is a SOP, but all agencies uses the basics...law enforcement tends to "make up" their own handling markers but really, it comes down to classification of the document, that's the most important..tho some people like to over classified
