Well if they really go that hard in the paint here that’s absurd. Maybe if i were to murder someone with a gun I’d expect them to do all that research. But don’t the ATF have some paperwork to catch up on with the 40 million felons with pistol braces? Lol

Well all my “assault rifles” or whatever they claim them to be were bought at gun shows where you didn’t even get a receipt so i mean i guess they were all purchased before 2013…[emoji851]

Yeah i see that lol i was thinking why would an HBAR be LEGAL if it’s heavier and i can unload more rounds without it heating up so fast…sounds like a bad type for a criminal to have when they can unload mayhem with no need to barrel change [emoji28]

You guys were right…Hanover Armory just emailed me saying it’s not allowed [emoji24][emoji24] looks like I’ll be shipping it to PA.. thanks for the helps guys

Gotcha, i was under the assumption HBAR was the only thing banned. That’s the way i read it anyway…so damn confusing they can’t even take the time to list out exact brands and models. Clear as mud lol

But it’s not a “heavy barrel” right? I guess I’m just confused as to what exactly an Assualt Rifle is to these law makers. I guess I’ll find out soon but Hanover Armory looked at my receipt and didn’t seem to have an issue..

It’s definitely a 5.56 ); and I’m sending it to an FFL here in MD. I saw them at a maryland gunshow(ARs) so i assumed it was ok
