      Yeh I thought the numbers on the yoke meant something. If you zoom in, you can see the frame is stamped "MOD 36"

      The people of MD would scream if there were an 11% tax on abortion providers or on electric cars. But in MD, legal guns and legal gun owners are demonized. Whoever can flee MD will flee MD.

      Bought my 2" Model 36 used in 1990, great little gun, perfect for concealed carry. Other than generic guidance (barrel is not pinned, so after 1982), I can't determine when it was made. Serial # ABL1XXX

      That's it. An old friend (then a BCoPD, long retired) gave me good advice about my MD Handgun Permit Class...he said "sit in the very back row regardless of how many people in the class. Then watch all your fellow students in front of you dump their ammo, flick their wrist to slam the cylinder...

      Who remembers old handgun range in ?Owings Mills? circa 1987?

      I had a MD Private Detectives License and a MD Handgun Permit and for certification went to some small private (I think) range off Church Rd or Nicodemus Rd or something. Bunch of bank security guards/armored car drivers there too. Just trying to remember where, but it's been 36 years. I think...
