Does anyone know how to go about doing an address change? I know I could probably read through all of the papers but thought it would be easier to ask.

novus is right here. If you load the powder it then becomes part of the ammo and it is no longer considered as smokeless powder. I always try to stay under the 5lb limit by reloading as much as I can before the next show!
You have to go to Brownell's site and there is a link on there to give them your FFL number. They then need an e-mail copy of it. Midway only takes physical copies, I think. It has been a while since I've done it.
