      got them at Xring in Delaware Well I got 4 DPMS mags in Delaware. Wasn't much more than an hour of a trip. Bypassed the whole ordering out of state etc.

      Thanks... I thought that was the case. I ordered 2 Stag Arms complete lowers late summer 2013 before I knew about the HBAR exception. Not a huge hurry to get the uppers, since I already have a complete AR-15 & I wanted to get something in .308 first...

      getting AR uppers for lowers bought Pre-Oct 2013 I bought complete AR lowers before the Oct 2013 MD law... Am I constrained to buy only an HBAR upper to comply with the MD law, or does the fact that I bought the lowers pre-ban make that not an issue? (I did look for the answer in other posts...

      when in doubt I'm inclined to play it safe when in doubt... I'll just order from PA and have shipped to PA :D Or see if I can get that place in Delaware to order stuff... Hopefully they have the DPMS/SR-25 type mags... (X-Ring I think it was). Went there a year ago...

      PDW CONVERSION KIT FOR GLOCK 9MM So is this sort of thing completely illegal now in Maryland? A Glock 17 would fit up into the frame (as shown in the pic above), without any modifications to the Glock.

      Pre-October final pick ups

      last ones I am waiting on background check on two Stag Arms AR15 lower receivers, and three M+M M10-762 AK47s (complete). (I already have one complete AR15 that I got in 2010) That's my version of an extended middle finger to MoM.
