      To further expand the hypothetical: If Biden successfully reschedules to schedule 3, substances with medical applications available legally with prescription, does that mean if one has a weed card one is no longer prohibited or does the Gun Control act itself have to be changed also?

      Got it. Thanks. And the instructor that did my initial training is still listed on their handy link. Am I correct in assuming that If i submit my renewal early, the first renewed permit will still expire 3 years from the last day of my birth month? IE there is no "punishment" for renewing early?
