      Lyman "M" Dies

Are they worth the expense of an extra die and the additional step to use one?

Problem w/ RCBS Case Trimmer 2

paperwork351 - I finally get it and thank you! Can't believe I couldn't figure that out. At 78 apparently I'm losing brain cells faster than I thought. In my defense the directions for the setup were useless.

Problem w/ RCBS Case Trimmer 2

That "T" handle was for an earlier version marketed as RCBS Rotary Case Trimmer. Mine is RCBS Rotary Case Trimmer 2 and yes the handle is different. That earlier handle had a threaded part as you can see that engaged the collet to tighten it around the cartridge head. Mine has no such thread to...

Problem w/ RCBS Case Trimmer 2

Viper - thanks for trying to help. That video show exactly how my trimmer is SUPPOSED to work. Problem is my "T" handle will not thread into the back of the collet to hold the cartridge. I actually suspect my trimmer was shipped with a part missing from the "T" handle assembly and until I can...

Problem w/ RCBS Case Trimmer 2

Viper - this is the trimmer I'm struggling with: https://www.ebay.com/itm/RCBS-Rotary-Case-Trimmer-2-Clean-with-Box-and-2-Collets/193854842082?hash=item2d22a624e2:g:bRsAAOSw7RdgBcHX I was hoping to find someone with this particular model who could tell me how the "T" handle part grabs the...

Problem w/ RCBS Case Trimmer 2

Trimmer was received as a gift and squirrelled away for several years. Now decided to put it to use and have run into a problem. I see no way to capture the collets. The Collet Holder Assembly has nothing in it to capture (thread into) the collet. The body of the collet holder below the threads...

Recommend to me a shotgun for home defense please

Kinda spendy but that aside Remington's V3 Tac-13 (American Rifleman Golden Bullseye Awards 2020 winner - page 70 May 2020) would seem to deserve a look.

      1903 Pocket Problem

Blaster229 - yes! As soon as the slide passes the rear of the magazine it moves freely and snaps into battery just as I would expect.

      1903 Pocket Problem

A new to me 1903 pocket hammerless 32 ACP has got a problem. This is a 1944 vnitage gun with a mismatched slide. The slide withdraws smoothly until just short of where it needs to be in order to pick up a round. At that point it begins to bind to the point where the return spring will not return...

      Handgun Sales Between Maryland Residents

Rifleman - that is exactly the date I was looking for. The date the collecting of handguns became a lot less fun and funny thing, I don't feel one bit safer.

      Handgun Sales Between Maryland Residents

Years ago I remember handgun sales between Maryland residents was perfectly legal. When exactly (M/D/Y) did our politicians put a kibash on that?

MSP website indicates payment accepted thru Visa or MasterCard. I have neither only AMEX and Discover. Will I have to apply for a Visa or MasterCard just to pay for HQL?
