      it was for a AR lower. Did transfer at police barracks. I got the paperwork back with a letter that says not disproved, and that it was ok to transfer it, but they did not mark the paperwork to indicate that in any way. Kinda confusing.

      I just wanted to bump this, I just came from doing the paperwork on a transfer for a AR-15 lower at the LaPlata barracks and the officer who assisted us was very thorough and helpful. He even loaned me his pen!

      Not only do you have to buy their ammo, but you have to buy it THAT DAY. So if you buy a few boxes at once, and don't use them all at once, you cannot use ammo that you bought in their store a week ago. That's overboard and a dealbreaker for me. Do they still have ammo logs?

      Just saw this on twitter, so i came here. Can't read ruling on my phone but from title looks good. I haven't applied yet, not money I can really throw away yet if it gets overturned. But I just want to thank everyone that has been putting in time and money to get us this far.
