      Selling to a PA resident

      I'm looking to sell a handgun to a PA resident. I live near the Mason Dixon line and so do they. Can I just take the gun over the line to a PA FFL and do the transfer? MSP is making it sound like I can only sell to an MD resident and have to go through all their commie BS.
