      Strange I have a C2 that I ordered direct and it has a threaded barrel. I also think MD elite has had threaded ones when I have stopped in.

      See the other thread. Also if Maryland does the expungement properly the FBI cant see the conviction or arrest. The FBI looks at the MD cjis computer system, and the expungement clears that. Only the SP can see the Q file, and cjis will remove that if you request it, then the SP cant see it anymore.

      Okay yes they have the legal right to take the gun for officer safety, and yes that sucks. But the way I read the law, if they take the gun and lets say its in a holster. removing it from the holster to run the serial number would be an illegal search.       Call Cohen and Harris in Towson MD. They can handle this. Did you tell them to remove the file from the Q section? It appears to me to be you sent them the paperwork, know they know about it.
